I’m losing points automatically when I’m login there’s no expiration at all and machine cost over 199 or more to play

One of the best claw games!
I love this app! The customer service is great and patient with all my questions. I want to give a shout out to all the employees and the consideration with packing all the prizes!
The interface is great and it is easy to see when you can get an assist instead of guessing!
Some improvement requests: -they get some of the new stuff but, would love to get the same access as other apps when it comes to new prizes
-they don’t currently allow United States phone number registrations. Would appreciate being able to register
- the play tickets could be available for more of the figure prizes.

前に誰にも並んでなくて、スタートボタン押して、ボタンは押した後の状態になったのに、いくら待っても開始画面に切り替わらず、ポイントも減らず、遊べなくて困って運営に問い合わせたら、「GetLive運営事務局でございます。

ご確認の程、よろしくお願いいたします。」ってそれだけ。謝罪の言葉１つも無くてこんな会社があるなんてびっくりした。
