The only thing I wish this app supported was Retro Achievements, but even then, the app is amazing, a must have for any Apple Watch.

Hi, the hold/sustain button is still there, it’s just been moved further down in the game menu. Just scroll down. If it’s missing, then it’s a bug

I’m sorry you can no longer play on your Series 3. Unfortunately, Apple has removed support for building watchOS 8 apps in Xcode 27, the development tools used for the current release. These tools require a minimum of watchOS 9. A separate legacy app without NES and SNES would face the same restriction, so removing those emulators would not solve the long-term compatibility problem. Your saves are synced through iCloud and remain available on your iPhone, so your progress isn’t lost. You can check whether an older compatible version is offered under App Store → Account → Purchased on your Apple Watch. I haven’t yet confirmed whether this works for the app on Series 3.

おそらくapplewatch仕様でマルチタッチ不可・コントローラ等bluetooth接続不可のためアクションゲームはまともに遊べませんがそれでも腕時計でゲーム出来るのはロマン 暇な時にGBAの麻雀打ってます
ものすごく使いやすい
UIも自分で調整できるので使いやすい形にできて最高です！
NFCとSFCが新しく対応しましたが、Apple Watchで起動すると落ちてしまいます。
それを抜きにしても星5です！
