We're thrilled to hear you found the app worth the money and easy to use once you got started! It's fantastic that you enjoyed the extra hike – we're always looking to add little surprises to make the experience even better. Thanks for the great feedback!
Worth It!
Should add the ability to listen to the Native Indian music on the way out of the park.

Thank you! Excellent advice. Looking forward to your next adventure with us!
Arches Great - Canyonlands Not So Much
I do not recommend the Canyonlands tour. All of the starting points are way off. You pass the road to turn and then it starts telling you to turn. Not helpful whatsoever.

Arches National Park
Response from developer
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you encountered while using our tour app within the park. The app is indeed designed to function fully on site, so it's concerning to hear that it stopped mid-tour for you. Your experience helps us identify areas where we need to improve. To help us understand the issue more clearly and find a resolution, could you please provide some additional details? For instance, was there a particular error message that displayed when the app stopped? Or was this issue consistent across all the stops or specific to a particular one? Please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@actiontourguide.com with these details or any other concerns you might have. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we're committed to improving your experience.
Wonderful but Disappointed

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad you had a great time at Arches! You should be able to access the app regardless of when or where you open it (our tours are buy once, use forever!), so I’m not sure what went wrong in this case. Even if the tour was accidentally deleted, the passcode you received should still grant access. Failing that, were you able to reach out to our 24/7 support team? They are almost always able to help with issues such as this.
Fantastic app with a couple of glitches. Downgraded for problems
Yesterday I did the Arches/Canyonlands tour with this app and really enjoyed it. It made the whole day a lot more interesting and fun. And it was a whole day of adventure. I spent almost 12 hours in the park and probably could have stayed longer if the sun and dinner didn’t interfere. There are a couple of issues, one major for me and the other just an annoyance. The annoying first. The app kept asking me to give feedback. I didn’t want to during my tour and clicked remind me later and that’s what it started doing every couple of minutes. Sometimes it would get stuck on the screen where I couldn’t even get back to the tour. I finally made a comment, which was via email, just to stop the reminder, but the reminders continued. There was a point where I thought my phone had frozen but after tapping dozens of times, the tour returned. This was infuriating in the moment, especially when you’re away from a signal and can’t do anything with a review even if you wanted. Allow user to turn off this prompt for the day at least and then forever. At this point in using the app I would have given it very few stars. But eventually it stopped and the rest of the tour was fine. The other problem is that the tour is apparently designed for a 25mph speed limit. This is not the case in the park, the limit constantly changes with long stretches at 45mph. What happens is that you might be in the middle of one description and suddenly it switches to another because the app detects the next site. Anything, like “pull over to finish narration” prompts to keep that from happening would be great. I wish there was a way for it to detect when you’re driving in opposite direction. Instead you get a prompt AFTER you’ve passed the site and of course left means right etc. I get it, that’s a lot more narration, but it could just be announcements of the site without the descriptions. Finally, I need to dig deeper but yesterday couldn’t find a way to bookmark sites. I would love such a feature so you can set a reminder to go to that place that’s great for sunrises etc. I know this is a long wishlist but I strongly recommend the app. I purchased another package for today.

Thank you so much for such incredibly thorough and detailed feedback. It’s our mission to continuously improve the customer experience when using our app, so reviews like yours are extremely useful. I will make sure our team takes these comments seriously as we continue updating and streamlining our technology.
Rip Off Do Not Buy
To pay again and only offered a demo version for the tour - total scam -
Response from developer
The app offers a free demo and a paid purchase for the full tour (as outlined in the description). If you paid for the full tour but can’t see it, simply select “Restore” in the Menu. We’re also available nearly 24/7 over call, chat, and email to help with any questions. Please feel free to reach out.
Doesn’t work
Response from developer
The initial app download is free; it will only charge you if you choose to purchase the full tour. The app and tour download requires a good wifi/data connection, as mentioned in several places. We highly recommend doing this at home, in your hotel, or at the visitor center (signal inside the parks is notoriously poor).
Great Tour

We're so glad you enjoyed the tour! Thanks for the review!
Not worth it
Response from developer
I’m sorry to hear that! I believe this was posted before the tour was fully available offline but that issue has now been resolved. Sorry about the delayed reply. Please reach out to us and we’d be happy to issue a refund.
App won’t even download data after I purchase it
Response from developer
I’m terribly sorry about the technical issues you encountered here! Were you able to reach out to our 24/7 support team for assistance on the matter? If you can email us with details about the error message, we’d love to diagnose and resolve this problem.
It’s not really free
Response from developer
We would like to give our users the option to test out the tour and make sure they like it before they have to pay for it. As clearly stated in the summary, the app offers a free demo of the tour. If you like it, you have the option to buy the full tour.
Well done. Beautiful stories with animations

We're so glad you enjoyed the tour! Thanks for the review!
Works so well!
I am especially glad we used the App because it gave me so much more background information on the formation and the landscape.
Sure, it is fun and beautiful to just drive through the park but the App was a learning tool as well.
We connected the phone to the car audio and all of us were able to listen to the commentary
