Why did they bother paying for an app?
Like others have said, love the food but the app is worthless. It's terrible marketing for the company. I'd rather you just post your menu online and promote 3rd party food delivery like you already do. The app doesn't let you order directly. When I try to order it takes me to door dash with a page not found error.
There's no point. I wish they had taken the same funding and implemented a way to order direct for pick up.

App Doesn’t Work Properly
Tried to place an order for pickup. After selecting pickup, it asks you to select the location, and then it doesn’t do anything. I selected a different location just to test it, and I was redirected to Grubhub. After several attempts, I gave up.
Worthless App
I wanted to order a pick-up order but the dumb app sends you to door dash 3rd party app. Why bother having an app?? One star.

Needs improvement
Tried using it to do a pickup order at their LBC location, and it redirected me to a 3rd party app. When I decided to call, it dialed an automated number that went to a voicemail..
