Worst golf App I’ve ever used
The app is not well designed. It’s cumbersome and lacks the functionality to display all courses and tee times available in an area. If you’re trying to book a tee time you must select state and course to see tee times at each course. This is the equivalent of calling each course for available times. The app also lacks the functionality to cancel tee times. Archaic is a good way to describe this app.

Useless
This app is completely useless. I’m a member and am forced to call the pro shop.
Arcis golf
The system is completely flawed and nothing changes after a year of informing them. You need to check your charges every time you golf. They will tell you it’s dynamic pricing but that’s not accurate. You can’t get anyone to give you support to fix there errors. Just completely frustrating so I will say stay away from Arcis golf.

Login Error
It did work until last week. All of sudden, it pushes “internal error” message and doesn’t work from this week

So many improvements needed but being able to book is something that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
Stone creek
I want to inform you that today 9/28/25 that Stonecreek should have never been open for anyone to play. There was a severe storm last night but I booked a tee time anyway knowing that yes the water absorbs quickly in AZ, but the amount a debris, such as trash, mattresses, shoes, and overall debris was insane. Example, a mattress in the fair way draws the line for me. They should have took the time to clean the course and open the following day. More than likely you will lose an Arcis member.

Phone App Doesn’t Work
After a year of using this app to make tee times every week, the app suddenly freezes up during the process of making a tee time. No help to be found, no response to my email request for help from customer support, so I’m just out of luck now??? What a bad app!!

Well I can’t even login with my information as a member. This app is the worst thing I’ve seen. Can’t even get past step one to use it.
Unable to login w valid credentials
Disappointing. I can sign in on web but the app says “User does not exist.”
Why prepay on some?
There is one course on the list that I play that requires prepay when booking. At $100+ a round, it’s not fair to insist that the Prime member pay for a complete foursome. I
Un-usable
It’s impossible to use your Arcis membership with the app. It’s basically pointless. I don’t recommend purchasing a membership.
Really Bad
This is a horrendous experience. I have no idea how to find my membership information. No way to change billing info. No idea when membership renews or ends. Can’t find my account online, have to use the app. App experience is sub par. This whole program needs a ton of work.
Where’s my tee time?
Appears that once you reserve a tee time you can’t go back and retrieve it.

Can’t see history of tee times, can make but can’t revise.
Set a default club
Great app. As a future enhancement could you give the user the ability to set a “home” club in the app so the app goes directly to the club?
New app not friendly
Arcis and ezlink never have been easy to use.
Not Good, Needs Work
The app needs a lot of work and unlikely I’ll use it again until it changes. Would like to be able to manage my Arcis membership, which I love! The app doesn’t even recognize membership at all. We don’t need an app to just manage tee times and we definitely don’t need a rangefinder app nor would it ever compare to the great ones we already use! Retool this app please and make it more useful to the member and membership.

Made a once okay app a very poor one
The former app was easy to use, remembered your favorite courses, flowed nicely between the screens, provided booking acknowledgements and more. The new app seems more like a skin on top of the EZLINKS booking engine with many of the former features missing. Too bad.
Prime membership, not so prime app
I’ve been a prime user for years and all of a sudden apparently I don’t exist anymore. They are unable to figure out why I can’t login on the mobile app, so I have to call each course and ask for prices which is absolutely ridiculous. And when I ask for a subsidy for my membership since it’s the most expensive one you can get, the support team doesn’t help at all. Brutal.

New Version of App
Easier to make tee times than prior app. Prepay no longer required. 3 stars because you can’t see what tee time you’ve already reserved or any history of when you played. Seems like very basic and easy info to program.
