Terribly Inconsistent
ARCOS Mobile Plus is supposed to simplify the scheduling and callout process, but in my experience at Delta Air Lines, it often does the opposite.
The interface is inconsistent and unintuitive. It’s frequently unclear whether you’ve successfully submitted, accepted, or saved a response, and there’s no straightforward way to go back and verify what you’ve done. That lack of confirmation is especially frustrating when dealing with time-sensitive scheduling assignments.
Even worse, the app sometimes simply stops working altogether. When that happens, you’re forced to call the scheduler back or answer the automated phone system and respond using the telephone keypad—which defeats the entire purpose of having a mobile app in the first place.
A scheduling app should provide at least three basic things: reliability, clear confirmation of actions, and an accessible history of previous responses. ARCOS Mobile Plus falls short in all three areas.
If users can’t confidently determine whether their actions were recorded, and they still have to rely on phone calls to complete basic tasks, the app isn’t solving a problem. It’s creating another one.
ARCOS Mobile Plus needs a serious overhaul focused on reliability, usability, and accountability.

Not enough info
Often times it says Rotation information not available. Also you can’t see crew names that are already assigned to that rotation, layover hotel information, etc.

App layout
It is very difficult to maneuver through the app on my phone. I feel like the control and access I have on the computer program is leaps and bounds beyond what I have the availability to do on the go here with my phone app. I can’t even find the functions to save the changes I make

This app could get you fired!
This app has been giving pilots trips that they have not selected. It shook have positive verification features, but it does not. Do not use! Pilots have already been fired for not showing up to trips they didn’t know about.
