First Time User
The initial login page doesn’t give the first time user option anymore, so can’t even complete the login/registration process like the user guide says.

This interface and coding Is something a 5th grader would design at a 2 week summer camp. It’s a shame they didn’t just let the 5th grader continue to code the app because they would’ve done a better job. This makes the Apple Maps fiasco from a couple decades ago seem like a cutting edge breakthrough in comparison. There’s no chance a single coder responsible for this wants their name associated with it.

Very unstable
Many times I will get a call for a new trip. I go to ARCOS to view it and the app will just load and load and load and never open up. I will close the app and try to open it back up. Sometimes it will open just fine but other times it will just go to the loading screen and never open. Very frustrating.

Terrible app that’s glitches all the time
App continuously get glitches and I have to close out of it. Or freezes up.

Have to restart it every. Single. Time I want to view the app. First time I open it will prompt a loading screen that never ends. Close and reopen, works fine. Incredibly annoying

Terrible app used to be user friendly now it logs you out so when you get a call I have to summit password hourly to log I and see who’s working garbage
No email?
I used to receive email in conjunction with the phone call. Recently I have stopped receiving any email. I believe it’s coincident with this new update. I want my email back!
Confusing to use
Don’t trust it, still have to call my company to verify I have picked up the shift.

I wish I could rate it lower. The app constantly logs me out and I never seem to be able to log back in without calling the support line. Absolutely terrible app. Not worth the space it takes up on my phone.

It has always been irritating to use
I don't use the app a whole, but when I actually need it, it's always hard to get working again, whether logging on or getting the latest update so it will work.
Unreliable
- App randomly logs me out and rejects subsequent log in attempts when I am trying to respond to a call-out.

App is terrible I have to log out everyday or it’s just keeps spinning can’t read callouts it’s completely useless
