Poor customer service
Each order I have placed recently as a Pro user has been delayed. Arcteryx has taken my money but just said the order could be delayed by 7 days. This is unacceptable.

Rarely writing reviews - but as much as like products, both app and website just unbelievably bad, constant errors, can’t get transaction working from multiple devices. Try to invest in better IT group may be?

Prices are crazy but love it
Printing/downloading the label for returning a package is very difficult
The website has a very clean user interface the only problem I noticed is when doing returns you can’t download or print the label on the app so you have to use the website version on a browser
