FIX YOUR APP!!!
My WISHLIST keeps getting deleted, and I can’t even use my gift cards online!! WTH!!!
easy browsing, ordering & returns but not so great customer service
one half of my order was never received and was dealing with them through email but now they are not responding despite never coming to a solution
This app is getting worse every day
For some reason in the last week, my app has been dumping my cart after hours of shopping just to have it reset. It’s super annoying and it made me delete the app and shop online

The app is amazing and so easy to keep track of all your rewards, points, past purchases, and where to find the closest location.
App Overheats iPhone
Not sure what happened with recent updates but lately every time I open up the Ardene app my phone starts to heat up very fast and it gets very hot. App also lags and doesn’t load properly a lot of the time. Unfortunate because I love shopping at Ardene, but I genuinely can’t hold onto my phone with how hot it gets while scrolling through the app.

No gift card option
When checking out there is no option that I could see in shop app to apply this whereas old desktop version there was. Now I’m stuck with a gift card and have to buy something else and go into a store to use it. Very inconvenient.

When trying to load wishlist it says “failed to load wishlist” and I am also unable to add anything to it at all. Unusable!!

Items won’t add to wish list. Also when they updated the app it deleted everything I had in my wish list.
Garbage app
Ever since the update my entire wishlist and order history disappeared. And when I use the website version the wishlists don’t even sync up. I won’t be using this anymore.

Price is not to expensive very stylish , trendy, and fun clothes for kids, women and I’m really glad they added a men section! Ardene is definitely my favourite store to shop! you can also order online on there app, I really recommend shopping there, they have a great variety of clothes, home decor, accessories, jewelry and much more! 👌🏽💗
