I’m not able to join to get rewards because when I write the additional details in, im not able to save it. I can only close it.

Not working

I’ve been trying to view my shopping cart for the past few days but keep getting an error. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still experience the same issue. My app and phone are up to date. I cannot add anything to the cart; It keeps something “something went wrong”. I tried to report an issue but I cannot even do that. Pls fix.
