I've taken the buyback a few times and it's been instant every time. Customer service is genuinely great, and the luxury watch drops were a smart addition. Curious what category is next

At the start they give u a little reward then never let u will again I am 2/37 packs lost over 700 usd I gotta live on the street do not give in the dopamine rush
Why I hate arena club
Mommy said that I can’t spend money then after I did I got scammed then I got grounded
Corrected there error and I lose
Bought a slab pack and got a good card but it was suppose to be and English card.PSA had an error. it was a French card labelled EN. So arena club didn’t notice that the French card is actually worthless and had it as the English price. I really like the card so I asked if I could get the proper one instead of taking 80% of the value of the card. Got told that the card worth 24% of the of the purchase was actually suppose to be in there. Only option was to get 80% and try again. But I don’t know a single person who has ever hit two good cards in a row on arena club.

App is not bad, sometimes slow and missing UX features
Needs saved filters when searching via Marketplace so I don't have to set them up every single time. App is not good compared to the website - it's slower and doesn't give results when certain filters are applied.

I’ve spent 10s of thousands with arena club, and I don’t regret it. I’ve gotten great customer service when needed, and I’ve found the slab packs to be generally pretty good when it comes to providing goods that match up with the spend
Adding debit card
This app now sucks I can’t add my my debit card. Will stay blank when snap my picture. Never had this problem until this last update!!!!!

Cant really store your collection, cant add cards unless you buy from them. Deleted

Idk how this is so highly rated, maybe due to its other features, but the slab packs are a complete scam. Rips is so much better and tells you your odds so you know what you’re risking. This though, I literally got bottom of the barrel cards from every pack i opened. Seems like its impossible to pull cards around what you paid let alone higher value.

Verification and promos
When I originally signed up, I deposited some money and bought a couple packs. Both packs of course were worth about half of what o spent. That’s the game so no issue there, the issue was when I went to cash out it said they were still trying to verify my account an to check back later. Well I checked back in everyday for three weeks and nothing. I reached out to customer service and they said it was out of their hands as what I’m guessing a third party does it for them. Finally after 3 weeks and contacting them again I finally got verified and was able to withdraw. So not being happy with the situation I moved to a different rip packs app. Now two days ago o get TWO 100% buy back tokens . So any pack I don’t like it I get 100% back. So I decided to try it again. I go in, click USE NOW on one of my tokens and it takes me to the packs. I buy a $50 pack and get a card worth $27 in buy back. Obviously I’m going to sell it. I do and get $27 back into my account. I email customer service and they dig into it and say I have nothing left to do after a few messages back and forth and it will be credited back to my account. Last that night I get an email stating I didn’t use a buy back token. I still have two left. Again I stated I went to it, clicked USE NOW and THEIR page directed me to the packs to purchase one. Obviously it didn’t activate. Then I get the last message which set me off stating there was nothing they could do and apologized that the token didn’t work, but I could go back on and try to use the token again and see if it worked when buying a new pack. To me that’s like saying hopefully it works this time for you and if not just keep trying while we keep issuing you cards hardly worth half of what you spent. It may not be directly but it sure seems like a form or robbery. 3 weeks holding my money hostage and then “we’re sorry the token didn’t not work for you when activating it” and taking yet another loss and being hung out to dry

Absolutely terrible
Spent $300 in about 2 min and got almost $150 back in value and they made me pay $15 so get it shipped to my house. I understand you can’t win every time but they completely scammed. And not even 50% value back

Looking to buy a few slab packs, know i might lose a few bucks, but I open the ruby and get a $120 card. Then the $50 one and get a base absolute mahomes worth less than 20. App was lagging as well. Would not recommend
Can’t redeem the watch I won
Can’t redeem the watch I won for the last two weeks. They opened a case I tried to pay for it for the shipping and they still won’t ship it or refund my money. Not sure if this place is a scam or what.
