Crashing
The app has crashed again to where it is not showing any of my accounts at all
New Upgrade is trash
I don’t know why they update app if it’s not easier to use. It used to be better but now really confusing. Can’t wait to pay off my loan and delete the app 🙄😡.

Support is not available when needed. Most systems are automated or employees work remotely. Upon calling the Credit Union yesterday I could reach no one. There was zero support. Very disappointed.
Credit card offers declined
I keep getting credit card offers from argent federal credit union, I have a current auto loan with them, which is never been paid late and is actually paid ahead every month of its due date. I have zero balance on any of my credit cards because I paid in full every month when I use them and I have positive balances in all of my banking accounts and excellent credit rating. I finally decided to apply for the Argent Credit Union credit card offered and was immediately declined twice? You’re allowing your approval process to be skewed in someway and it needs to be corrected. It cost me a hard inquiry on my credit report for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I anticipate refinancing my current car loan with a better and more reputable bank than argent.

I have been with Argent forever since the name changed several years ago. They are very user friendly and easy to work if there is a problem. I would recommend them, the fact is I also have family member and friends who has join. I highly recommend Argent they are the best.
Mobile deposit
Not very user friendly. It will not allow me to do mobile deposits.
Accountability
If the app had the ability to open another account beside checking and saving. That would be great!!! This app doesn’t even show your credit score like other banks have.
Check image capture is “off”
When you take a picture of a check it’s not lined up with edges of image capture. It always looks like the bottom is cut off and you have to compensate for that. Difficult to get it centered properly

I really like the design of Argent’s app! Everything is very easy to read and designed very well. The people at Argent also actually listen when you let them know of any issues you may be having with the app. I reached out to them regarding a minor issue I was having and they very replied very promptly, researched it, and confirmed they would have a fix for it in the next update (which just came out). I also love the services Argent offers and the folks working there are so nice and always so helpful!

Disappointing app
Really disappointing app it only good for people who have account with argent . I have vehicle loan through argent but I can’t able to pay my installments from app like ACH or westerunion or some other type of payment through online most of the banks and loan company do it but argent don’t .then what is point of having app if it is not user for customers .

Good
App is great for transfers between multiple accounts and just all in all checking balances and such. Would really like a new user interface that’s updated and more modern/simplistic. Other than that keep up the work!!!
