Completely lies about data privacy
You can’t play until you give them an email or phone number, so EVERYTHING is tied to your personal identity! Shame on Apple for allowing this behavior.
UPDATE: There’s literally no way to use your “in-app support” without the privacy concerns I raised! You make it really clear what your main goal is.
