Poor functioning
The Arise on the Go app has the potential to be a very useful tool for contractors, but unfortunately, it is currently barely functional. I am unable to reliably select, release, or swap intervals, which are some of the main things contractors need the app for. It is also difficult to clearly view Commitment Adherence (CA) and the intervals I have selected to service.
I would really appreciate seeing these issues addressed and the app made more functional and user-friendly. As independent contractors, we already have a lot to keep up with—new information, frequent changes, policies, procedures, client requirements, metrics, and more. It can be overwhelming at times. Having a reliable mobile app that allows us to easily manage our schedules and view important information would make a huge difference.
The app could be an excellent resource if these basic functions worked consistently. Please consider prioritizing improvements to interval selection, releasing and swapping intervals, schedule visibility, and CA visibility.

I love it.
Very manageable easy to see the times you are scheduled for. I also love the fact that it syncs your selected intervals with your calendar.
Please bring back the old app
The new update sucks! I’ve missed scheduled intervals due to the schedule not syncing to my calendar. We didn’t ask for this!

This new update is not user friendly it does not sync with your calendar, you can’t select or swap hours getting an error every time.. You can’t see your total hours selected only showing how many interval is selected leaving you to do more work/calculation. You can’t see which day you had any no shows to check for discrepancy like before. You have this weird timing schedule that you have to select either AM or PM it does just show the hours for the full day! I don’t understand why this change was necessary making it more difficult. Why does it have less information? it’s like the ones using the app opinion don’t matter. Go back to the old version this is really bad this is not a good look.

Not working
This app is horrible releasing and swapping shifts does not working!!! It won’t release then either. The other app was way better this doesn’t help us as agents at all
