Slowest app
Hey Ariston! How come you cannot make a decent app that doesn’t take one minute to load and let you do adjustments.

Error codes
The app has a big problem with error codes, if you have an error n your boiler even after you clear it the app does not, even if you delete the app and re install the error still keeps appearing. I have even knocked the boiler off reinstalled the app while it’s off when the boiler then restarts normally the app still has the error and won’t let you cancel. Error 101 is the main culprit

Even if I reinstall the app, I cannot change the temperature from my phone after January 1. Before,everything was working.

Worst app
The scheduling on the app never works, i have to manually operate it using the app. Tried to log ticket but it was marked resolved without any resolution. Please stay away from this.

Not fit for purpose
I’ve had the new boiler and app a few weeks now in order to give it a fair review.
0 stars from me!!!!
-There is no way to see by looking at the boiler if it is currently heating, or is on schedule - WHAAAAT!!! So the only way my family know if the boiler is heating is to check on MY phone 👎🏼
-There is no way to set a basic 1hr timer 👎🏼
-I cannot set a time range for it to heat 🤯
These alone are 3 basic things someone needs with a boiler - *to be able to see if it’s heating, and like most households, *have the need to put it on for 1 hr, timed!!
I now have to use my phones timer to remember to turn it off!
Settings by showers is archaic…WHAT is that all about??!!??!!
**I have more control over things using a cheap CHINESE WiFi plug. These do everything I need - you should take a leaf out of their book Ariston!
(and no I don’t want to contact you by customer services - just rectify the above and people will be a lot happier)!!

Dreadful app
Won’t connect to the Lydos Hybrid WiFi despite being next to the 2.4G router. Just says it can’t find the WiFi. Waste of time.
App crashed
It’s been a few days now that the app won’t connect therefore no heating . Tried everything reloaded app, rebooted boiler , now issue at all with my WiFi it’s working fine . Have emailed information requested unfortunately this is slow if it was December the lack of immediate support to fix would be an issue not impressed only had the boiler since October 2022

No proper timer control
While the app works, once the temperature has been reached, it turns off.
I need a system that lets me set the water to heat up at 7am and turn off at 9am.
Because it doesn’t do that, I have to set it to Manual and then I forget to turn it off.
Disappointing.

App keeps crashing
We’ve had our boiler for a while now and, fence ylu the app keeps crashing. Tells us to hit refresh but nothing happens. We haven’t change Wi-Fi and, we haven’t touched our boiler. We’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstall and reinstall but still doesn’t work.
It’s now winter and we haven’t been able to set our boiler correctly for days. Today is first day the app has decided to work.
This isn’t on you need to update this app or find the bugs in it to stop it crashing. Like I said nothing in our house has changed so this app should work all the time but it doesn’t.

Excellent service and very good advice on solving wi-fi connection Problems on thermostat controlling the heating in a Holiday Lodge
No Homekit
Despite the ariston website promising homekit support, this does not work with apple home. Which is quite frustrating as that only really leaves Home Assistant as a possible option, but I don't really want to go down that route.
Manage Guests
Doesn’t let me add guests & just gives “error message failed to add new guest”. Otherwise I find it very good.
Falls off WiFi at the drop of a hat!
Genuinely terrible app, falls of WiFi regularly, leaving you with only manual options (which are tricky to change). Could not dislike this app more 🤬
Was fine until recent update

Now it’s saying I’ve used over 385kw in electricity in a week ! Which would be well over £100 ! And I’ve only heated the water twice

Recent update has deleted all my scenarios
App was fine before recent major update.
Now my custom scenarios have been deleted. Will not allow me to create any more.
