FIX YOUR APP!!!
Every time I try to deposit a check it tells me there is an error - front and back size doesn’t match. IT IS LITERALLY THE SAME PIECE OF PAPER! It is so frustrating messing with this for 20 min every time I have to deposit a check only to be told it is “held for review” that I am now looking for a new bank.

Great But Small
We have been customers for over 10 years and pleased with this small credit union. The employees are very friendly. Most of the times I visit there is no wait. Only minor suggestion is to not to dispense $100 bills at the ATM which are a pain to use at merchants.

Seriously worst banking app
I’m seriously considering switching banks because of this app. Every time I try to deposit a check it tries to tell me the back isn’t the same size as the front, randomly crops out the image. If all you are using it for is to check balances then fine but given there are hardly any bank locations left, I need the app to deposit checks and there’s no reason this shouldn’t work.

Zelle
I just recently opened an account, checking and savings. Every time I try to Zelle my money over, it will kick me out the app and I’m not able to access Zelle. This is frustrating considering this is how I pay my rent!
Good app. Zelle not working
Went to go try the app I will say it is better then the chase app by far. Love the breakdown and organized it is. I mean they even have a widget for the app so you can just check it on your phone at any time without logging in. The only gripe I have at the moment is the Zelle not working. Got to the point where I had to add the contacts and the app keeps crashing. Other then that. Love the app

Bill Pay
The new Bill Pat is awful. There was nothing wrong with the old one. This new one made me think about changing Banks.
New updates
The new updates on the app have just made it more difficult and more time consuming and more steps not a fan
Wheel reinvented
Once again they provided an update and the update stinks. Absolutely the worst update yet. I’ve been using this app for years ‘successfully’ with minor glitches here n there. Now the app just stinks. Bill pay is horribly complicated. I cannot find anything! Sooooo regrett updating!!!

Actual app review
Unlike other reviews, I'm going to review the actual app. I love this so for my mobile deposits. There was a time where this was not available to me, but now that I'm able to, I almost never have to go to the bank. The app is secure and does what it should do. It gives me my balance and allows me to do dinner additional things. With the adoption of Zelle last year, I'm now able to do everything within the app. If you want a review of the bank, then you're in the wrong place.

ACCU
Arizona Central credit union seems to have more issues with their app especially their check deposit and it’s been this way for the last 5 to 10 years. I’ve taken most of my money out of this bank and I’m thinking I’m probably going to cancel the account totally it has become a joke and a transit customer service. It’s one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

Least favorite banking app
Have to use this for my car payment. Bank is great for giving me the lowest rate, absolutely terrible for not having Face ID in 2023. Absolute pain to login and I seriously despise it. I can’t even pay from my account, I have to pay from my regular bank and mail a check to it takes 2 weeks to finally pull out of my account.
