App doesn’t work anymore
I can’t log into the app anymore. I’ve tried everything.
It’s great but we have a problem
Ever since the update I had to reset the Face ID but that requires me to put in my user name and password but when I do the password it says processing and then quits and the password disappears I think there might be an issue with the app???? Can Anyone help
Don’t trust this app
Don’t trust this app if you think you may need to turn your cards back on. My cards seem to drop from the service off and on and I got stuck without gas as a result because I couldn’t turn my card back on…
Impossible app
I am trying to get set up in this app and it is not allowing me to because either my account number or last 4 digits of my SS number does not match their information or is incorrect! I have checked, double checked and triple checked and both are absolutely correct! So I’m deleting the app from my phone.

Meh.
Password auto fill is not integrated in this app, the username and password areas also clear when the app is moved out of focus, which is absolutely infuriating when you’re someone who takes password security seriously. I use this password manager called Bitwarden, and all of my passwords are random strings of characters that I could only hope to memorize.

Useless app
Expected this app to at least be functional, but you cannot add countries for international (the button exists, but doesn’t work) and something as simple as password parameters are not even correct (max pass length). Crude rush job by AZFCU. Disappointing.
Horrible
This app used to work perfectly. Recently, it won’t show my recent transaction, isn’t sending me alerts to my phone and will randomly turn on all my cards for no reason. I don’t know what’s going on but it definitely needs to be fixed!
Still needs work
First, I am not alerted consistently to transactions. My settings are such that I should be notified of every transaction. It works for a week or two & then nothing. Today I pulled up my account. I have a transaction pending BUT when I open Card Power, it states I have NO transactions. To further frustrate me, the version here says 1.0.7 but when I look at the version in my app it says 1.0.9. I will track my stuff the old fashioned way until improvements are made to this app. Solid start, failed follow through.

AZ Fed App
App is great but I stopped getting notification when I use my card. No idea how to fix it. Love the feature of turning on and off my debit card.
Thi app is horrible!
This is the first app that I can't copy/paste my credential. And bank with lots of banks. Unreal! This should be in the main app, not another thing I have to download to manage my account! This bank is a joke! Even their logo doesn't make sense with anything!

I created the password 3 times and it always says incorrect. Then when I do get in. We can find your cards. Well this app is terrible. I’ll just got to the branch.
Negative stars
This crappy app keeps saying my SSN is wrong so I was unable to lock my card I even verified with the bank my SSN is correct. Don’t waste you time downloading

Logged me out of my account and now I can’t get back into it😡😡😡

No branches close by making it hard to use AZFCU as my primary bank. Otherwise I like the bank a lot! People that work there are always friendly and helpful.
Not receiving transaction notifications
Since upgrading to new iPhone, no transaction notifications anymore

After upgrading to an iPhone 11 pro max and this app no longer sends me notifications.
Great except...
Would have given 5 stars if it didn’t constantly blip out each time I get to where I am checking transactions. It always blips out of the app and I have to re-enter everything a second time. Refreshing does nothing to help and I have uninstalled / re-installed several times.
Log in?!
The app works great, except for signing in, how about integrate the app into AZFCU mobile so we can sign in a lot faster than typing the user name and password every time
Pin problem
Pin only works occasionally. Pin screen changes to login screen before my pin can be entered. Fix that and it's five stars. Using a 6s plus.
