App is laggy and missing dark mode
It’s 2026. The app shouldn’t be as laggy as it is and we should at the very least have a dark mode icon for iOS. The API for this was released all the way back in iOS 18. It’s been over 2 years.

random updates move important information without telling user where it was moved to
can’t find my routing number on the app anymore because the location of that information was moved in an update but the developers don’t say where anything got moved.

Me and my family are very happy with vantages and their staff. They are outstanding and willing to help with your banking needs. We have been customers for so many years I can honestly tell you it’s the best bank for us. We have never have such great experience at vantage west. We have had other banks that doesn’t beat the great customer service e and banking needs as of Vantage west. Thank you everyone for outstanding service.
