can’t find my routing number on the app anymore because the location of that information was moved in an update but the developers don’t say where anything got moved.

Me and my family are very happy with vantages and their staff. They are outstanding and willing to help with your banking needs. We have been customers for so many years I can honestly tell you it’s the best bank for us. We have never have such great experience at vantage west. We have had other banks that doesn’t beat the great customer service e and banking needs as of Vantage west. Thank you everyone for outstanding service.

Can’t even register after opening a bank account with vantage quickly going to close account and go with another credit union
Zelle doesn’t function correctly
Lost money on charging for service. Zelle doesn’t recognize me as having a Zelle account when used within the VWCU app. No one can find me, and I cannot request money through the Zelle function. Absolutely worthless
Fix the Zelle Feature!!!
It’s getting kind of ridiculous that every time I try to get a Zelle out it’s out, there’s an error every single time. FIX PLEASE!!!

Vantage West is not useful for travelers
I've had consistent implacable issues with Vantage West when it comes to making transactions. They are often flagged as fraud without asking me first. then getting my card unlocked is a whole ordeal, especially when I am traveling abroad, which is most of the time. I am within a millimeter of transferring my business to another bank or credit union because of consistent issues with false positives concerning denied transactions. today, I called Vantage West and attempted to remedy the issues and they told me it was fine and that the card would be unlocked. I attempted the same transaction again for airbnb and it failed again. This has been a consistent issue and has only gotten worse with time.

Been banking with them since it was Davis-Monthan federal credit union. I’ve had their rewards credit card for quite some time and always treated the rewards points as an emergency savings account because they didn’t expire. Well with zero notification through their app nor email they apparently changed their credit card rewards system and stole over $2200 of money I had saved up. Of course they blamed me, told me they sent out emails of the change sometime in 2024 even though I went back through my emails to 2022 and there is nothing mentioning rewards changes beginning 2026. Pretty disappointing/ infuriating since my family has been banking there for decades but like most things these days quality service is a rare commodity.

Makes life easy!
I love this app. Paying bills is a breeze. Everything seems to be very well thought out and easy to use. I love being able to deposit checks online since there are no Vantage West offices in Flagstaff.

Used to be a good app then they had an update now it has me log in and out

The app works great when it does work. I have moved and been having problems with transferring in the app. I have to go in a browser to complete transfers. Also have issues with the support. I also have a hard time connecting to support through the app. The automated not makes it difficult, whether you are calling or using messaging.

So someone spent 1000 dollars online from sea world using my card information while I was at work and the fraud team told me via letter in the mail to get ahold of sea world and deal with it myself. Do not use this bank if you want your money to be safe.

I left Chase because contacting them was almost impossible. Vantage West has excellent customer service. My only quibble is getting rid of tellers for machines.
