Don’t even waste the space on your phone
Just use the website. The app crashes when attempting anything, constantly logs me out, and won’t let me actually submit any forms because this app was made by monkeys with the brain size of a penny. Pls never make an app again or actually fix it.
Unable to do anything
I can’t update my banking information, I can’t get passed the first page to report my weekly certification and I can’t view my profile. What is the point of the mobile ap if I can’t do anything? The only beneficial thing that it allows me to do is to do find my local office, which I’m going to have to go to now.

At this moment, this app can only be used for onboarding new unemployment claims, expect updates
They are rebuilding the system from the inside out. It's hard. Right now, you can (if you've never been in the AZDES UI programs before ) easily fill out and file a claim with this app (though, U haven't tried myself
Very Bad Website
Whatever you did to website makes it impossible to even login to an old account. Keeps telling me I’m registered but never registered on Cactus. I’ve tried anything and everything to get into the account and no luck what so ever. HORRIBLE
