Terrible app
I work from home. It puts my employment in jeopardy when the power goes out in the middle of a shift because there were not low balance alerts. This has happened 3 times since November. Fix the damn app already!
Need to provided more information app on applying and how the app works
They need to better ther system or advise people better on how this app works I suggest paying cash or paying thru Debt card with a fee just in case they don’t advise you they can take up to a week to charge your account and it’s thru checking this app brought me a lot of confusion on how it works .

One of the major things this app should do, it doesn’t
It’s really handy to be able to pay for my electric from my phone. The biggest flaw this app has is that it doesn’t tell you in advance when you’re running out of power. So, unless you’re always checking your app to find out what your balance is, the way that you find out that you’re out is that your power just shuts off. Most likely this will happen in the middle of something important. I don’t know why it doesn’t do this anymore, but it used to. It’s such a simple thing that they could do that. It just doesn’t do and makes my experience with SRP incredibly frustrating

M-Power is Great!
My wife and I love M-Power, because we always know where we stand with our electricity usage. No surprise bill at the end of the month. If we are using too much electricity we are able to adjust our usage immediately, so we’re not spending too much. Otherwise, we wouldn’t know until the end of the month and by then the bill is exorbitant. As they say, knowing is half the battle.
