Absolutely trash
The app doesn’t work. Simple as that. It won’t even let you log in. After trying multiple times, I deleted the app and reinstalled from the App Store. Same problem. All I get is a message that says “cannot read data because it’s not in the correct format.” That’s not a device issue that’s a dev issue. Do better because it’s impossible to do worse.

Scam Gas Co
I recently moved so I shut my gas off at my old address. I then get a bill, I paid as I do every month. I figured that was my final bill and all is well. Then I receive a bill that says final bill but it’s after the date I moved out. So how can I owe a gas bill when I didn’t even live at the property. Turns out they didn’t go to shut the gas until after I moved and the bill is all for administration charges. So no bill for gas usage. They will extend your shut off so they can collect this BS administrative fees. Make sure when you move call a month in advance so you don’t get ripped off as I did. Forget about getting help with this their customer service it is as much of a joke as the company itself.
