Update 6/25: Contrary to a new review from another user, not using Face ID didn't matter. Issue still happens without Face ID.

I had no problems for years with this app on my other phone. I recently upgraded to the iPhone Air, and after entering my credentials, the app tries to log in, but never does.

I can’t even start the app..

The app gets closed down whenever I try to log in…

DON’T USE FACE ID/TOUCH ID

App works perfectly fine with the same dashboard you see online.
Just don’t select the Face ID/Touch ID option when signing in. Called SRP Customer service and they confirmed that it is just a faulty portion of the application functionality.
