Forced Fees !!!!
SW Gas is forcing customers to use a debit or credit card by making the option for using a bank account give an error saying that the account number is invalid !!! I checked with my bank no issues there, I contacted SW Gas and they opened a ticket with their IT department and it’s been over a month and the problem still exists, other customers with the same bank reported the same problem. So you’re forced to use a debit or credit card card with an expensive $2.50 transaction FEE !!!!!

Is been several years of on time payments. But due to some mistake on my part I’m forced to pay $2.50 more each month. Has it not been punishment enough. Thank you

I’ve been a Southwest Gas customer for almost 30 years in every home I have lived in Nevada. Never a problem, quick response and prompt notification of any maintenance or service interruptions.

I had problems making my payment and had to call representative Cynthia who was absolutely amazing! I am suffering a little dementia She was so patient with me as I am not computer savvy! Thank you again Cynthia! I wish everyone was as patient as you are! Lavinia Roy!

SW Gas no longer takes ACH. There is now a required fee to pay by credit card
