Terrible app
I work from home. It puts my employment in jeopardy when the power goes out in the middle of a shift because there were not low balance alerts. This has happened 3 times since November. Fix the damn app already!
Need to provided more information app on applying and how the app works
They need to better ther system or advise people better on how this app works I suggest paying cash or paying thru Debt card with a fee just in case they don’t advise you they can take up to a week to charge your account and it’s thru checking this app brought me a lot of confusion on how it works .

One of the major things this app should do, it doesn’t
It’s really handy to be able to pay for my electric from my phone. The biggest flaw this app has is that it doesn’t tell you in advance when you’re running out of power. So, unless you’re always checking your app to find out what your balance is, the way that you find out that you’re out is that your power just shuts off. Most likely this will happen in the middle of something important. I don’t know why it doesn’t do this anymore, but it used to. It’s such a simple thing that they could do that. It just doesn’t do and makes my experience with SRP incredibly frustrating

M-Power is Great!
My wife and I love M-Power, because we always know where we stand with our electricity usage. No surprise bill at the end of the month. If we are using too much electricity we are able to adjust our usage immediately, so we’re not spending too much. Otherwise, we wouldn’t know until the end of the month and by then the bill is exorbitant. As they say, knowing is half the battle.

The notifications on the app do not work. Please please update it so the notifications are up to date
App always signs out
Stupid app always signs you out randomly so you never get a notification you just come home to your power out.

It’s ludicrous to be coerced having to update your entire phone system just to use your app! Now I will definitely uninstall this app!
They all just want your fingerprints and then they want your eye metrics & all your personal information, since the phone upgrade forces you to use your fingerprint & eye metrics and other personal information. Now they will completely own your entire data. And now we humbly giving away our rights! This is insane! I should not have to update my ENTIRE PHONE system in Order to have access or use to the app; which we actually are giving them the rights & access to our entire personal account, information, phone pics, email, passwords, etc. I will just uninstall this app. We can just go back to the old fashion ways! We should all make a complaint to the CFPB & BBB instead.

SRP tell me I have 8.63 let in the app n then turns off my power anyway
I call them n they say u ow .5 cents and I’m like how if the app is telling me i have 8.63 . I updated my app the money is gone and now says I need to pay to turn back on my electric. Im just Gona start pulling electric from the ground And make a magnetic electric switch to generate electricity. I will just cut them out the equation period.

This app is so slow and the menu icon never works I have to keep tapping over and over and over . Only upside is you don’t have to go to the store to put money in ur card for the box .

It’s not like they are willing to work with people anyway who experience technical issues.
Really great, needs minor bug fixes
This app is very helpful for me since I own a startup business and I’m not entirely sure which days I’ll get money. SRP just needs to invest another $10-$30k on minor bug fixes. Buttons don’t work occasionally and it’s really stressful if I’m about to lose power.
Notifications don’t work
Been like this for a whole year fix asap.

App Doesn’t Work
The app rarely works and always has issues, when you call customer service it’s horrible, they can’t even give you any information and are not helpful.
Okay
The app is okay. I like that it links you to helpful information like explaining accumulated credit and friendly hours. Notification always comes through so no issue there either. I’m still getting used to m-power, so far I don’t like it, but appreciate that this option is available. I still follow my previous easy 3 schedule, as I get used to it, but see no real difference in my usage. My biggest issue is that it does not allow debit and credit cards as a way to add credit to my account. The pay stations are not an option for me right now so I try to keep what I can as convenient as possible. My direct deposit goes to my cash app, so the app not accepting the account and routing number was frustrating. I tried with my credit card as well and same issue. Also, being forced to keep an unused bank account open is likely going to be the deal breaker. Yes I could transfer from CA to my bank but I no longer have that debit card since the account is supposed to be closed and I have money on my cash app debit card. This would be the main reason I switch back.

Randomly tweaks
Bruh I try to log in and it won’t let me saying my user or password is invalid even though it’s saved into my iPhone passwords so it’s the same eveytime it let me log in. Then it stopped letting my so card payment like bruh fix your app.!!!!!!!
Doesn’t work
App doesnt work, it crashes every single time I appempt to use it and log into my account. So I cannot even see my power usage. Thanks srp👍🏼
