The app has a lot of benefits to help new trainees adapt to the EPICC Values and implement WFH in any sort of job roles that are required by CIMB Niaga. Furthermore, Completing the Modules on HyLearn allows me to adapt a lot of the CIMB Niaga’s value onto my life. Overall a great app and I would highly recommend this app to future trainees who wants to learn more about how a bank operates at a very detailed level.
