Worst Customer Support Ever
I play game on iPad, 9 days ago there was an in game update, since then my main account will Not connect to the game server. When I download game on my iPhone , game connects to lvl 1 new game, but will Not switch to my main account. This tells me since it will connect to lvl 1 new game but Not my main account , it’s problem w the game server. It has NOTHING to do on my end! My WiFi is fine! I have other games that have updated since this games fiasco and I have NO issues connecting to my other games servers after updates. Puzzles support has me sending them irrelevant information that has nothing to do w their server problem ! Going round in circles w support asking me to send info I had already sent! I sent them my game account info and my device info, they have everything they need to fix my game , and they absolutely refuse to see what the issue is w their server l after 5 days I have no more patience left w this customer support . For the last time: Fix your server issue so my main account will connect or delete all my information, my account and my castle off the game map! 1 star only so I could write this, otherwise no stars at all. I will NEVER again download a Babil game! Support claims it’s my “RAM”; however when I download game on an iPad that has NOTHING on it it connects to lvl 1 new game but will NOT switch to my main account and will NOT connect!
