I just wanna buy without need to make an account.
App bug does not allow to load ut
When opening the app it never loads the colation and keep opening and trying to load and close and opening and trying to load.

Just had the most amazing service in arket Birmingham , nothing was too much both members of staff assisted me with stock and the download of the app , I will 100% be returning .
What is this?
As another reviewer has said - this APP seems completely independent from the website, which is where I have been logging in before downloading this. First of all, I tried to log into the APP using my existing details- but it wouldn’t allow me in. After several attempts, I finally created an APP account, thinking that if I do not see a message saying “This account already exists “ then I’m good to go. NOT THE CASE.
I thought it would be easier to use the APP, but on logging in, there is no record of my account and it is telling me to shop in store! Very strange and useless APP. I’m going to delete it now.

Terrible
A nightmare trying to login. Finally received the link but the account details aren’t the same! No personal details, no record of past orders and no record of my password. Seems completely independent from the website. What is the point of this app?
Can’t login
I have account with arket but every time it says a link has been sent to my email, but I never got it. Frustrating.
Wrong location. & currency
The person who has already commented on this is spot on! I have had the same experience- from London- nearest store Paris and everything showing in French & Euros. Deleted app as well. Useless!

I have to choose the nearest store and only comes up with Paris option so then the app turns French and gives me prices in euros when I’m in the UK, can’t find any way around it, deleted!
