The old version had such a great search, the filters actually worked, and the wishlist was so much more convenient! The new version is honestly terrible. 😩

What have you done? The new app is beyond useless. For so many reasons. Please get this sorted because I like using the Outnet but you will lose so much business if it stays like this…
Filters Not Working At All!!!
Have been loyal customer for years. But after the recent update, either your displayed item count does not match what you have, or your filters is not working any more, unable to browse at all..Switched to other platforms, bye bye outnet.

I’ve just had to update to the new app and I’ve lost all my wish list. When I search for items and filter they come up even if they are not available. The sizes aren’t even in sequential order so you’ve got to scroll to see if your size is hiding somewhere it shouldn’t be. I literally can’t shop here anymore and will be heading over to net a porters sale instead.

New app update is terrible!
Old wish list deleted, fav designers gone, no ABC list when looking at designers and can’t go to designer from specific product page. Why did you change it? Bring back the old app ux
