Utilisable dans tout le Canada sauf le Québec. J’ai perdu 30 minutes de mon temps pour rien acheter alors que je compter acheter chez vous plutôt qu’ailleurs. Vraiment dommage, bonne chance avec le reste du monde !

Thought I might buy something but discovered long delivery time! Deleted app but bombarded with messages can’t find a way to stop them!
Worst costumer service ever
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. You accused me of damaging a dress without any credible evidence, refused my return, then refused to let a manager speak to me. The dress still had the security tag attached, making it impossible to even wear properly, yet you chose to blame me instead of investigating your own handling process. For a so-called luxury retailer, this level of customer service is shocking. Never trust them

Quality Issue, No Way to Get Help
Very disappointed. I have a legitimate quality complaint regarding a recent purchase, but NET-A-PORTER’s customer service has been impossible to reach. Live chat has been unresponsive for 6 days, and their customer service email keeps bouncing back due to a full inbox. Not the level of support I would expect from a premium retailer.
