I am in love with ShopThing App ..I’m truly addicted!The deals are amazing just purchased a YSL travel bag that I almost purchased in Paris for 6200 for only 2500. Deals are unbelievable !!!!
Poor customer service
I have bought a few items off the app. Be super careful. The prices are expensive for preowned clothes. The same items can be found on other platforms that offer guarantee of “real” merchandise that is appropriately and truthfully described. Additionally, the customer service is awful. Do not buy from here.

Waste of time and money
Very disappointing experience. The shoppers never respond to questions, which makes it almost impossible to make an informed purchase—especially when it comes to sizing.
On top of that, the return policy is extremely unfavourable to customers. I understand final sale for pre-loved items, but applying the same rule to brand new items is unreasonable. There was also no clear indication at the time of purchase that the item was final sale.
I ended up spending $500 on shoes I can’t even wear, with no support before or after the purchase. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again.

Bad customer service, items not in disclosed condition
I purchased an item from a seller, and it was marked as “good” condition, with only a minor blemish. When my order came, I was surprised with how poor the condition of the item was. I tried to resolve the matter with Shopthing customer service who gave me no help except for a scripted reply on three separate emails, and offered no help at all.
After submitting a dispute to my credit card company and winning the dispute, they had me return the item “at my earliest convenience”. Obviously I didn’t mind that. However, 4 days after the email with the return shipping was sent out, they sent me another email which threatened to bring me to court as “fraud” because they have not heard back from me yet. In reality, I shipped the item back, but I chose to not reply to their email as I do not want to be dealing with customer service anymore after the horrible interaction i had the first time. Being threatened by customer service took the cake for me. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying items from private sellers from this app.
