Negligent customer service
Attempted to clarify sizing with shopper and was referred to ShopThing email customer support. Attempted to clarify with them and my question was ignored. Informed customer service team via email that my question was ignored and re attempted to clarify sizing which was once again ignored.
I ended up placing an order on a brand new item with tags for which sizing was falsely advertised. When I attempted to rectify the issue in hopes of being able to return the falsely promoted item I was asked to send screenshots of prior email communication to “prove” my questions were ignored. I gladly shared the requested information and screenshots. Despite acknowledgment of ShopThing’s ignorance, I was told nothing would be done to help me rectify this issue and that I should get clarifications prior to purchase when they clearly did not help me receive clarifications and ignored multiple attempts on my end prior to purchase.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and compassion from a company like this. The lack of transparency and complete dismissal of their own wrong doings is unacceptable.

Poor customer service
I have bought a few items off the app. Be super careful. The prices are expensive for preowned clothes. The same items can be found on other platforms that offer guarantee of “real” merchandise that is appropriately and truthfully described. Additionally, the customer service is awful. Do not buy from here.

Waste of time and money
Very disappointing experience. The shoppers never respond to questions, which makes it almost impossible to make an informed purchase—especially when it comes to sizing.
On top of that, the return policy is extremely unfavourable to customers. I understand final sale for pre-loved items, but applying the same rule to brand new items is unreasonable. There was also no clear indication at the time of purchase that the item was final sale.
I ended up spending $500 on shoes I can’t even wear, with no support before or after the purchase. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again.
