they sold me a fake item and it is obviously fake i gave them all the info and they won’t take it back and let me return. don’t waste ur money on this app buyer protection my *ss
Lots of Fake Items on Grailed
I had used Grailed for about 50-60 transactions before I finally got sold a fake.
I had this fake independently verified to be fake by many sources, including in-person.
When I reached out to Grailed, they defended the seller, called it a real item, and refused to refund and stand by their authenticity guarantee.
They are not what they used to be and are now kinda in the same category of laughable as StockX.
Use aftrdrop instead…

terrible app worse customer support
app is crippling always malfunctioning / functions being removed, customer support just adds insult to injury
New app layout
The new app layout, specifically the search bar being moved to the top of the screen makes it impossible for users with specific iPhone models to click as it’s blocked by the upper icons. This is losing Grailed and other sellers quite a bit of potential sales.
