Great and Terrible at the same time
I’m leaving 3 stars because I want to give 1 star and 5 stars at the same time.
Grailed is a great place to find amazing pieces at a reasonable price, but there are so many stupid aspects of this platform that could be addressed to make the experience better. First off, the customer support is awful. It takes multiple days for support to respond between messages, and most of the responses are not helpful and do not address the problem. Grailed removes Buyer’s negative feedback with no notice or justification. There are countless fake items listed. There are users with 300k+ listings that aren’t actually available items.
Buy items at your own risk and assume that Grailed will not do anything to help you if the sale goes sideways.

HIDDEN FEES
Worst second hand shopping app EVER!!! Bought a 100 dollar shirt that came from out of country and they had 20 dollars worth of hidden fees for it to get delivered which I was only made aware of after the fact
Functional but inconsiderate policies
The app works and gets you decent traffic on your items, but the app 1) holds your payout until 3+ days after your item is delivered and 2) automatically deletes old listings without letting you recover your data, which forces you to go back and manually recreate the listing. These policies make the app much less pleasant than some alternatives.

If grailed is going to let seller post clothes without selling them they need to open up a comment section for buyers
Some no-brainer features are missing

Serious suggestion
As someone who enjoys curating a collection of saved and favorited listings, a feature that I’d really love to see is a search function for the favorites and saved tabs.

Charged me 4 times
I am trying to buy an item but my card gets approved. I tried different payment cards they all get approved but the grailed app keep saying payment not processed. I’ve called the banks. They say transactions are approved. I got in touch with Grailed which is only via support via their app but I have had no replies. I have been charged four times but under my purchases my orders there is nothing.

Steals your money
Literally the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. Three days after shipping my item to a buyer, Grill decided to refund the buyer and now I am left without my item and without any of the money I was supposed to get from. After inquiring into how to get my money back, the customer service team told me that they will not help me. And to see if the shipping carrier will send it back to me. They have to have the worst customer support imaginable. I wish I could give this app zero stars.

Grailed is full of scammers
Ordered a shirt that never even shipped and have contacted them several times regarding it with no answer. Use literally anything else.
Overpriced
If your buying off Grailed it’s because it’s your ABSOLUTE last option
horrible app
terrible for many reasons. 1, i listed a very expensive item and within 2 days someone bought it. grailed took it upon themselves to refund the buyer and cancel the sale, and when i submitted a complaint, they said i didn’t provide enough proof that my item was real. i put up the photos they requested, and they still said the same thing. horrible seller experience, might as well just use depop.

I hate this app
I tried to refund, customer service sucks, I know my review doesn’t matter with the hundreds of thousands, but their refund and service dealing with fake items or bait and switch items, sucks. They don’t respond, and refuse to give me my refund, I can’t find any other way to communicate with them.
Posh is better
Did not like compared to Poshmark.

How are you gonna banned someone for listing an item you guys have banned and froze my account twice with two different accounts without breaking any of your rules
