The algorithm keeps showing me a seller that makes his own items, I clicked on them a few times out of curiosity but now I’m over it and don’t want to see it anymore. I would like to have a block button or show less of this item button like Instagram has
Poor Seller Experience
Just want to start off saying that I did not want to write this review, but it has been consistent disappointment for the past dozen transactions and purchases as a buyer/seller on the app.
Firstly, I’m unsure if the app is trying to cheap out but they’ve been giving tiny weight labels that cannot be adjusted as they are “automatically adjusted by category”. The amount of customer support cases I have had to open because Grailed auto generated a 4 ounce label for a 7 pound pair of boots or something ridiculous, forcing me to pay out of pocket to ship out on time is insane. On top of this, the payout is delayed until proof of the item being shipped is updated to my label as I am not able to ship with their inappropriate label, making a week wait payout turn into a month for my payout.
Secondly, which is what prompted me to write this review is the fact that whatever automated system they’re using to flag conversations is absolutely rigged. I have opened my account in 2021 and have been selling since 2024 and until the past week I was warned three times, of which one I can understand as I referenced an offer I received outside of the platform in person. The other two however have been with zero context and customer support refuses to look deeper and explain the warnings. I’ll quite literally be explaining to a customer that the item is on hold and then get warned for “offsite activity” or similarly along those lines.
Absolutely love this app, but it just is not the best to their sellers as of recent. Unfortunately with all these warnings stacking and not being justified, I’ll have to look into taking my business elsewhere and I say this with a heavy heart as someone who has defended the app for years.

Great and Terrible at the same time
I’m leaving 3 stars because I want to give 1 star and 5 stars at the same time.
Grailed is a great place to find amazing pieces at a reasonable price, but there are so many stupid aspects of this platform that could be addressed to make the experience better. First off, the customer support is awful. It takes multiple days for support to respond between messages, and most of the responses are not helpful and do not address the problem. Grailed removes Buyer’s negative feedback with no notice or justification. There are countless fake items listed. There are users with 300k+ listings that aren’t actually available items.
Buy items at your own risk and assume that Grailed will not do anything to help you if the sale goes sideways.

HIDDEN FEES
Worst second hand shopping app EVER!!! Bought a 100 dollar shirt that came from out of country and they had 20 dollars worth of hidden fees for it to get delivered which I was only made aware of after the fact
Functional but inconsiderate policies
The app works and gets you decent traffic on your items, but the app 1) holds your payout until 3+ days after your item is delivered and 2) automatically deletes old listings without letting you recover your data, which forces you to go back and manually recreate the listing. These policies make the app much less pleasant than some alternatives.

If grailed is going to let seller post clothes without selling them they need to open up a comment section for buyers

Serious suggestion
As someone who enjoys curating a collection of saved and favorited listings, a feature that I’d really love to see is a search function for the favorites and saved tabs.
