Charged me 4 times
I am trying to buy an item but my card gets approved. I tried different payment cards they all get approved but the grailed app keep saying payment not processed. I’ve called the banks. They say transactions are approved. I got in touch with Grailed which is only via support via their app but I have had no replies. I have been charged four times but under my purchases my orders there is nothing.

Steals your money
Literally the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. Three days after shipping my item to a buyer, Grill decided to refund the buyer and now I am left without my item and without any of the money I was supposed to get from. After inquiring into how to get my money back, the customer service team told me that they will not help me. And to see if the shipping carrier will send it back to me. They have to have the worst customer support imaginable. I wish I could give this app zero stars.

Grailed is full of scammers
Ordered a shirt that never even shipped and have contacted them several times regarding it with no answer. Use literally anything else.

If your buying off Grailed it’s because it’s your ABSOLUTE last option
horrible app
terrible for many reasons. 1, i listed a very expensive item and within 2 days someone bought it. grailed took it upon themselves to refund the buyer and cancel the sale, and when i submitted a complaint, they said i didn’t provide enough proof that my item was real. i put up the photos they requested, and they still said the same thing. horrible seller experience, might as well just use depop.

I hate this app
I tried to refund, customer service sucks, I know my review doesn’t matter with the hundreds of thousands, but their refund and service dealing with fake items or bait and switch items, sucks. They don’t respond, and refuse to give me my refund, I can’t find any other way to communicate with them.
Posh is better
Did not like compared to Poshmark.

Terrible Customer Service / Random Frozen Account
I’ve been using this app for close to 10 years and never really had a bad experience until this week. My account was randomly frozen and was not given any details as to why it was frozen. I emailed support to see if I can get my account back and instead of the support team trying to help me they just denied my request and said my account is permanently frozen / banned. I’m honestly very sad that this happened and have no idea why and I’m also disappointed in how the customer support handled the situation. Instead of looking into my case they just said “ we have the right to freeze accounts who don’t follow terms and service” but didn’t tell me what I did wrong. Would hope this company would care more about its users but it seems like they could care less.

Always a hassle to receive my package
I really dont recommend depop or grailed. They have cool stuff and its a great concept (like online thrift), but every single time ive bought from depop or grailed the package can never arrive normally. Theres always some sort of problem where the package is delayed by months, or in my most recent buy (shipped from Europe) my package was literally sent all the way back to Europe because there was an issue even though the package was already very close to my area. Now I need to figure out if I can get a refund on the item and the shipping (Item was $30 with $20 shipping btw) or if I can somehow get the package sent back. Theres just always some problem to be stressing about when ordering from these places and nothing can ever get delivered smoothly.

Wtf happened in the last 6 years?I’m forced now to join some app called stripe and I have to print a label with ups now like what??? Used to be able to post an item, sell it, ship it through wherever you want and get your money no problem. I’ve got to jump through more hoops to sell a hat then immigration does to be a citizen

Absolutely Absurd!!
I would trust an alcoholic locked in a bottle shop alone before I trust this app and its customer service chat support people.
Talking of the customer service chat, I get better customer service from my big toe!!
I handed over my bank account details when I first listed something for sale on this app.
Now, after a year 1 finally make a sale and this app wants not just my banking details but a credit card with an absurd amount of funds available!!
I have eBay, Depop and Designer Wear also and NEVER have they asked for such a ridiculous request and have this absurd amount of funds available for them!!
The "customer service" chat person said it's for fraud. But come now, who is defrauding whom here. I'm not given the person buying bank details and it's only a $70 sale.
They wanted me to bend over and take it up the rear where the sun never shines. Nope, ain't anything going up that hole. So I said, cancel the sale and I will delete my account and this app.
And I have done just that.

Urgent App Update needed.
Not all Apple products can download the latest IOS update, you need to make it so previous IOS firmware can still use the App if downloaded or download a old version.

They just ban you for whatever they want I made a account and got banned in a week for a reason they won’t even explain customer support is horrible, they are power hungry and unreasonable probably will never use this ever again total waste of time and money if I could give this 0 stars I would.

DO NOT SELL SNEAKERS ON GRAILED
They look to only waste your time with their awful verification process and just ask for countless pictures before taking listings down. No matter how authentic an item is, they still hate to see you post anything and will take whatever you spend your time posting down. Worst selling app of all time the worst experience I’ve ever had on an app do no waste your time with this pos. They need to do much much better at authenticating items, half the time they don’t have an expert verifying it, just an 8yr old Chinese kid who gets paid $0.25 an hour to look at pics of sneakers all day. THEY DONT CARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. NEVER SELL ON THIS APP EVER -10000/10. I hope this thing gets taken down asap like it should for the amount of scams on this stupid app
