Poor Returns
the fact this company charges so much for designer pieces but when you need to return it they deduct half your refund in return fees! Ridiculous!
Never AGAIN
Bought jewelry for my husband. And Italian sizes being Italian sizes, it didn’t fit. Asked for a return the same day I got it, and it would cost me 100$!!! (28+15%) Ridiculous! I held it in my hands for 5 seconds literally! I tried to contact them asking them if this fee is correct, and since they don’t have a phone, only email, our conversation took about 3 days.
Please do not buy from them! The return fees and customer service is outrageous!

My experience with Cettire was extremely disappointing
Cettire website says orders are expected to reach customers within 3–10 business days after confirmation, which is the reason I placed my order. But after three days, my order was still only “processing” and had not shipped.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed that processing alone could take 3–10 business days before shipment. I asked them where this was stated on the website, but they avoided the question and just told me to be patient.
Then, after seven days of waiting, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and they would not fulfill my order.
This is unacceptable. If an item is not available, customers should not have to wait a full week to find out. The shipping and processing information is unclear, and the customer service response was not helpful at all.
I have ordered from Farfetch and SSENSE before, and Cettire has been the worst experience by far. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
