I highly recommend avoiding this site. Even if you receive unsatisfactory, expensive items that a packaged poorly, you are liable to pay $28+15%, so full refunds don’t exist. Example, if you buy a $900 shirt, you are entitled to a $700 refund. Even if the shirt has a hole in the side and marks on the fabric. Really disappointing. Will stick to Farfetch and ordering direct. Do not be tempted by the pricing!!

Extremely disappointing experience with Cettire. I paid $330.34 for Dior sunglasses that arrived defective. The frame/arm was visibly deformed, making them extremely uncomfortable and practically impossible to wear, and there were also visible defects/marks on the Dior logo lettering.
I provided photos and returned the sunglasses, yet Cettire claimed there were “no defects.” They refunded me only about $235, meaning I lost approximately $95 on a defective item that they now have back.
After escalating the issue, their manager simply declared the case closed and said they would no longer respond.
Buyers beware — I would never purchase from Cettire again.
