Terrible service and return policy
I purchased 4 dresses, the day after I bought them - 2 were reduced in price. I hadn’t received the dresses yet, and I asked for a price reduction. It wasn’t granted even though the sizes I ordered were in stock.
Furthermore, to return the dresses costs MORE than the dresses themselves. I’ve never seen that before. I will never shop here again

They canceled my order a few days after I placed it, claiming the product was unavailable. However, it remains visible and available for order on the website!
CETTIRE SENT THE WRONG ITEM & WANTS TO KEEP 31%
CETTIRE sent me the WRONG item and now wants to charge me approximately 31% to return THEIR mistake. I ordered from the women’s department and received men’s sizing. I provided proof, yet they still expect me to pay for their fulfillment error. Completely unacceptable customer service. BUYERS BEWARE.

I have not received my order or shipping details from an order placed 11 days ago. My enquires are replied with generic AI responses. I am still awaiting a resolution and will be sending my 4th enquiry for the lost ???? Forgotten ??Order. No contact number to ensure a “person “ is looking into your order. A warning to anyone considering shopping with Cettire: don’t assume you’ll be protected if their listing is wrong.
I received a $2,400 Giorgio Armani jacket that was materially different from its photos and contradictory description. Despite weeks of emails, photographic evidence, five customer-service agents and a promise of a full refund, Cettire still deducted $126 in customs and return fees.
The message is clear: even when Cettire misrepresents the product, the customer may still be left paying for the mistake—and fighting through endless generic replies to recover their money.

Very disappointing experience with Cettire. The item was priced at $212, and I paid $260 in total. After returning the item in the same condition I received it, Cettire is only offering me a $170 refund.
That means they are keeping approximately $90 of my money, which I find completely unreasonable and unfair. I do not understand why I should lose such a significant amount when the item was returned in good condition.
Their explanation about the item passing quality control before dispatch does not justify keeping this much money from me. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled my return.
I would strongly recommend that customers be very careful when ordering from Cettire, especially because of the return fees and the amount of money that can be deducted from your refund.

Just recently received a Versace bag. It came in perfect condition and included a certificate and a dust bag. It came in 3 business days. It was an international shipment. I received all the updates by email about the status of my purchase. The courier requested a signature as he supposed to. I also previously approached Customer Service with a question about another item and they responded right the next day. Very happy with Cettire!

Terrible customer service – no shipment and no refund
I placed my order almost a month ago and one of the items has still never been dispatched. I contacted CETTIRE customer service repeatedly and was told several times to keep waiting.
Eventually, their customer service confirmed in writing that they would cancel the undelivered item and issue me a full refund. I accepted the cancellation, but even after that, the refund was still not processed. I have had to send multiple follow-up emails just to ask them to do what they already promised.
Almost a month later, I still have neither the item nor my money back.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The lack of clear communication, the endless delays, and the failure to process a promised refund are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from CETTIRE unless you are prepared to spend weeks chasing customer service if anything goes wrong.

I ordered a set for my son it never shipped. No one contacted me and I submitted a inquiry and received no response. I had to cancel the order and order from Nordstrom. Very upsetting as I spend quite a bit of money on this app/website
