Shopped here over a decade, great experience back then until 2026. The dated fashion is no longer a bargain as the platform has always been. And for the return item which I picked the refund option as store credit, however, the store credit disappeared after the company was soldā¦ not sure they r related, but that s what happened.

New App is AWFUL
The new app is terrible. Poor functionality. Barely any ability to search designers through categories. Incorrect item number per designer. Please bring back the old app. Too cumbersome to shop on OUTNET nowā¦. Have shopped many years on The OUTNET and have made at least 150+ purchases. I have made ZERO purchases since this app relaunched. TERRIBLE!!!!!

New update is awful
This used to be a discount luxury outlet online, now it looks like a sketchy website that you would check BBB about and decide not to purchase from. My problems with the website:
1. The fonts are nonsensical- They donāt match anywhere in the app and theyāre tiny silly tiny
2. Instead of listing the price like it used to there are three numbers and a sale logo- This tales more time to scroll through and is strange, as I can tell it is on sale because the price is in red and it has the old price and precent off (you can pick one)
3. The new update has erased wishlists and purchases- All of my wishlist and my older purchases. I feel like a valued customer.
4. The filter is worse than it used to be- Why so many random fields and buttons? Let me just select category and brand. Itās so busy.
5. Weird login- Why the shop app? Are you a gen-Z startup? I have a password
6. Homepage is cheap- Why the two contrast headers? Why do the photos under the ātrendingā header look like AI? If they are, stop it, youāre devaluing your brand. If they arenāt, get better photos.
So please, whoever has just acquired the brand, bother to beta test the app. Remember that you sell thousand dollar clothes and are not H&M, even if theyāre on sale. Make the app pleasant again.

What have you done????
An absolute disaster! Iāve been the outbetās clients for years and put over 200 orders and now Iām debating removing the app all together and never buying anything again. This last update literally killed the app. The search is rubbish, canāt filter properly, only showing a few items etc and my wish list is goneā¦ Iām not going to buy anything until you fix it.

Canāt share links
Iām trying to style someone for an event and share links with them but whenever I use the share function the links that result are invalid (the error message shown is about a server issue). Such a shame but makes it so I canāt recommend products from this site.

horrible, not user friendly. Fire whoever designed this because they didnāt pay attention to their UX courses.

Just updated the app and itās absolutely useless! The filter doesnt work. Although thereāre plenty of dresses from a certain designer, dress category shows as zero. If i want to filter the bags by color, thereās no color option! Absolutely useless DOWNgrade.

The update took away all filters and the filters that are left do not work properly and are horrible to use; trying to find a size is almost impossible. It has literally made the app unusable. Since the update, I now only go on it to see if they have fixed it and when I see that they havenāt, I immediately close it.

Updated version
The new app is full of bugs my purchase history are all gone canāt see products. It shows 54 results but itās blank. So frustrating. This is zero star
Ooof this new interface
Iāve been an outnet shopper for years, and this new app design is making me spend less time on the app. The filters are clunkier than before and the sort functions simply donāt work. Yikes.
Bad UX
The update has made some irritating UX changes. The search bar on the homepage is just a redirect to another page with a search bar. Can no longer sort by newest. Annoying.

I donāt know what have they done, but they deleted my wishlist and now I canāt do anything. Canāt add anything to wishlist and canāt shop
Was this supposed to be an improvement?
You can no longer filter apparel items via their specific feature, eg. Dresses, you used to be able to filter by length, or sleeves/sleeveless, formal, summer, etc. it doesnāt seem you can anymore.
You have thousands of items, it is impossible to browse through them all without more specific filter criteria. How do you expect me to shop?
