Horrible update
Just updated the app and it’s absolutely useless! The filter doesnt work. Although there’re plenty of dresses from a certain designer, dress category shows as zero. If i want to filter the bags by color, there’s no color option! Absolutely useless DOWNgrade.
Why would you replace a functioning app with this junk?

What has happened to your app and store? It’s completely unusable and I’ve been a customer for years. Sort it out or you’ll go bankrupt very quickly! and fire your digital company

“Update” makes app unusable
The update took away all filters and the filters that are left do not work properly and are horrible to use; trying to find a size is almost impossible. It has literally made the app unusable. Since the update, I now only go on it to see if they have fixed it and when I see that they haven’t, I immediately close it.

Updated version
The new app is full of bugs my purchase history are all gone can’t see products. It shows 54 results but it’s blank. So frustrating. This is zero star
Ooof this new interface
I’ve been an outnet shopper for years, and this new app design is making me spend less time on the app. The filters are clunkier than before and the sort functions simply don’t work. Yikes.
Bad UX
The update has made some irritating UX changes. The search bar on the homepage is just a redirect to another page with a search bar. Can no longer sort by newest. Annoying.

I don’t know what have they done, but they deleted my wishlist and now I can’t do anything. Can’t add anything to wishlist and can’t shop
Was this supposed to be an improvement?
You can no longer filter apparel items via their specific feature, eg. Dresses, you used to be able to filter by length, or sleeves/sleeveless, formal, summer, etc. it doesn’t seem you can anymore.
You have thousands of items, it is impossible to browse through them all without more specific filter criteria. How do you expect me to shop?

Horrible update. Deleted.
All the best features have been removed. What a disaster of a new app. It is not even usable now. You can’t favourite designers or filter your size without going through every single type of clothing and the sizes associated with it. The app is busy and not easy to review clothes. Such a shame as I would go on this app daily.

Upgrade is awful
This upgrade is the worst I’ve ever seen, the filters to search by materials went away and the size filters are wonky. The old version was great, I’m legit not gonna use this unless they bring back the old features
Basic features missing in new update
Can’t filter by colour, price or even size is a hot mess. This new update is the app version of rummaging through the discount pile with no structure or sense. I’ve spend thousands before this terrible update, I bet their sales are plummeting as a result. Their digital team is probably scrambling to fix this

Item description is too long
Bring back the dot points, the old description was much better. The new one is too long, it just looks like an AI output. Also, the filtering is no where near as good as it was before.

This latest update is awful. My wishlist disappeared, the filters don’t work properly and the overall feel is more complicated and far less user friendly. I will not use this company anymore.
Impossible to shop.
This used to be my go to app. Now I can not search for anything, the filters don’t work and it is not taking into account any of my account settings.
Upgrade messed up everything
The latest update is terrible. I can’t click the brand and check clothes of the same brand. It also used to have the description of the size of the cloth that the model is wearing. It is not there anymore.

Bad Update
The app update took away or nerfed some of the best features of the app. I loved having my favorite brands populate into a feed, it was the first stop at app launch and the reason I checked regularly. It looks like it’s gone.
My wishlist layout is now busy and convoluted, showing things in and out of stock simultaneously with no apparent order.
I find myself more frustrated and overwhelmed when using the app. I end up closing out of it much sooner with no conversion, because it’s not tailored to me anymore.
