I have used this app for several years and it works well when I connect it. I don’t need VPN in many situations, so I don’t want or need to use the automatic connection (basically always on) feature.
My feedback is that it seems like it would be a fairly easy revision to have an option to automatically turn on when connected to an unsecured WiFi network, but not when connected to a secured WiFi. Thanks!

Gone rapidly downhill
Used to be the best VPN App aroubd but since my latest subscription I cannot access UK TV abroad anymore … I am currently in Greece this subscription has been a waste of money, no sky go, no bbc player.

Did work not now
I liked this VPN a I subscribed to the yearly renewal plan. It was great it worked every where even in China but now all I can get out of it is “ User authentication failed.”

I had left a review with 5 stars a long time ago now. Sadly I’ve now cancelled my subscription as only 2 US servers available to choose didn’t have the option to connect to anywhere else in the world as offline. Tried to connect several times to New York and San fran but server will not respond! I have it to connect preferably to. Canada for what I need and can’t. Also I used to be able to collect my daily bonus so that I could build up time if I wanted to take a break from paying but that no longer works either hadn’t for weeks. So until they can get it sorted out I cannot recommend as I’m paying money for nothing. Today I wouldn’t even leave the one star I’m so annoyed by the service

Suddenly stopped working.
Have started subscribing years ago when we lived abroad. Today the VPN stopped working: user authentication error What is happening?

Stopped working at the beginning of the year
As the title says, this stopped working at the beginning of the year.
Lost credibility
Used to be the best and now won’t even activate but they take your money and run
No customer service
Stopped working and there is no way to get a hold of anybody. Wasted $19.99 for yearly prescription.
Worked well but after 6 months will no longer connect
Will not longer connect to a VPN, comes up with “user authentication failed”, the app is now useless

Quality has dropped in recent years
This used to be a great app but now the ball has been well and truly dropped.
UK VPN doesn’t work, impossible to watch bbc, itv, channel 4 which was the sole purchase of having this.
