Nothing But Problems
I have paid for and used your VPN for the last 10 years. I have had nothing but trouble with it in the last 6+ months. It is not working properly on any level on my iPhone since upgrades. I myself have done everything I know how to try and fix it, including your website instructions. Frankly, I've had enough and will not be renewing my subscription which is due in another few months. You fix it or help me fix it.

This VPN Will Take Your Money And End Up Not Giving You Access To Use.
Works but messes with receiving text messages
Been using this app for a couple of years now, it sometimes takes time to connect to a server, have to switch servers to get it connected . Doesn’t bother me tbh but what does bother is, that it recently started messing with receiving text. Haven’t changed anything but all of a sudden - when I turn off the vpn- I receive old text messages that are weeks old… That shouldn’t happen. It never did that before

Hi Von, Thanks for reporting this. A VPN should not delay text messages. Changes in your carrier or OS can sometimes affect how SMS is routed while a VPN is active. Since I’ve updated to IOS 26 the app doesn’t work. Please fix and update.
