Great app
Great banking app its very easy to use and they have really good security features as soon as anything suspicious happens on your card they lock it for you until you can verify its you.

Facial recognition has been broke for months. Bank need to come into the 21st century. Phone so is lacking. No Apple Pay and you can’t even log it with credit checking programs and financial services. It’s not small anymore. Only a couple branches but it services many.
Mobile deposit unreliable
Mobile deposit is very finicky. 2 thumbs down. Why have the feature if I still have to go to the bank to deposit the check.
Great App but needs updating
App has worked great until recently. Lately there appears to be a problem because it either isn’t logging in or takes forever to log in. Their website is also apparently having issues because I haven’t been able to even bring up the site in my browser on my laptop. It just goes directly to failed connection when trying to access the site.

Good bank but behind the times, needs updated
Great bank with high security so you don’t have the electronic access such as Apple Pay and such but they catch anything that isn’t supposed to be charged as soon as it comes through. Their app is nice but you have to login to a computer to get all of the functions to work such as scheduling future transfers and such and setting a date. It could use some work. Also the facial recognition doesn’t work anymore.

This Bank Is Crap
You can check the app all day and if you go into the negative for one sec they charge you 25$ not even giving you the time to put money into your account. This happens because for some reason payments disappear and then reappear.

What?
Unfortunately the login is a lot of broken the regular website is preferred. Keep in mind I love the regular branches but IT IS BEST USED TO CHECK BALANCE.
For those with issues...
The logins changed about a year ago so you have to create a new login using your browser. Many of the past bugs have been worked out and things run smoothly. Great functionality and you hardly need to go into a branch nowadays. Call the credit union when you have an issue and their staff will sort it out quickly!

Still horrible
The reviews for this awful app were recently reset and it was recently updated so i figured I’d give it another try. Still god awful, hardly ever opens and when it doesn’t internal error and not open it doesn’t show me any information and I can’t actually access my accounts. This app is GARBAGE.
Honest feedback to improve the app
Do the following and your users will thank you:
-Add support for iOS 11
-Add support for the larger phones (Two of which were released THREE YEARS AGO), including iPhone X
-Make a real iPad version instead of the stretched-out interface it's currently using
-Add Split-View support for ipad (This would boost your users productivity by enabling new workflows)
-Not necessary, but a dark mode would be very much appreciated, especially if it properly supports iPhone X's OLED screen
Banking has been mobile for years. You need to stay up to date or you will eventually get left behind. I would also recommend adding support for 2-factor authentication for your entire system, but I'm sure that's a much bigger discussion & endeavor internally.

Fix app
I have had this app for years now. Recently it has not worked for 2 months in a row, and I use it daily to keep track of my spendings. Please fix immediately
Confusing enrollment
to get rid of the "connection error" must go to the BAECU website where it says "not enrolled in online banking?" Click "enroll now" and go thru the steps. Yes all of us were already enrolled, but you must do it again. Then the app works. It's obviously a completely new enrollment in their updated online banking but they do not make that clear.

App doesn't work
Ever since the update, I have not been able to log in. Along with this, the online site for it is not working either. BAECU needs to step up and fix the problems with all of their online banking platforms.
Literally the worst
I don't know if the credit union will ever see this, but if so, you need to fire whoever is in charge of this app. It's absolute garbage and never works.
What Happened?
As the user before me has said for the past month or so there has been a "connection error" when trying to login. However unlike the previous user I have not ever been able to login since the update. Before this app was great and convenient. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times but no luck. Finally I just deleted it. Hopefully a new update wi happen soon.

Connection Problem
I get a connection error message almost every time I try to log in. Please fix this issue. It's a shame that I'm surprised when it actually functions properly.
