Disappointing Overall
Gotta be honest here, this is a rather terrible bit of software- surprising coming from a big name like Asus. Not sure how it is for everything, but I use the app for my ROG CETRA earbuds. The earbuds are fantastic, and the equalizer is wonderful- when it works, which is roughly 40% of the time. App sometimes takes MINUTES to connect to my earbuds. Why would I waste my time when there are devices with far superior software out there (Apple, Samsung, Marshall, even Razer 🤦♂️)? I do get a lot of compliments on them, but c’mon guys. “Connecting” for several minutes is UNACCEPTABLE and y’all know it. It should be connected by DEFAULT and I should not have to log in just for my equalizer settings to load EVERY time I pull them out of the case. Step it up, guys. Cheers.

Actually terrible
Hardly ever works when you need it too, reverts the eq every time the sound stops and overall has nothing really to offer.
Rog Centra Open Wireless
just got my ROG Centra open wireless today and it would not appear on the app at all. I’ve used both an iPhone and an android phone. Make sure they’re both up-to-date. Use both the USB-C and Bluetooth as well as them separately and for the life of me cannot get it to show up in the app. so I essentially lose access to immersion mode, custom EQ, and turning off the RGB.

Keeps loading
Since the update i think, the app doesn’t work that well, it keeps loading infinitely with no solution.
Doesn’t connect
I have armory crate installed on my computers. Personally, I really rather use AIsuite 3. But apparently it’s becoming obsolete. Armory crate is too bulky with too much nonsense. I just want something that I can monitor my temps and my fans and make adjustments here and there on the motherboard settings although my tablet will connect to my computers through Bluetooth armory crate will not see the computers. I would suggest trying Wi-Fi connections, redo your app.. it would be nice to find an app for your tablet or phone and computer that worked together to be able to monitor your computer without jumping through hoops to set it up. Haven’t found a good one yet..

Useless, pointless, waste of time
Will not connect to the laptop via QR or Bluetooth. Cant speak for its loss of connection when I leave the app, because I can’t even get the app to acknowledge my laptop is 12 inches from my phone. Don’t waste your time. At least it’s free, except for my sanity.

Works as advertised
I was having trouble getting the app to connect my cetra speednova. Turns out it was iOS 26 being the issue. Since updating to 26.1, the app works just fine.
ROG CETRA TRUE WL
Please add a feature to show the battery percentage of the charging case, either through the Armoury Crate app or via LED indicators. Also, include a clear visual cue when the earbuds are properly seated and actively charging inside the case. Right now, it's hard to tell if they're charging or not, which is frustrating. ASUS needs to address this in future updates to improve user experience.

The app works on iPhone 11 (updated to iOS 26), but it can no longer connect to cetra speednova on iPhone 17.
The app can find the device, but cannot establish the connection. When clicked on the device, it tries to “loading” and will fail and goes back to search device screen.
