Would be great if playback issues stopped happening

This app has gotten better, although I regularly run into playback issues when trying to watch a particular channel live. I feel like it works about 60% of the time. Much room for improvement still exists!

Response from developer

Hi Carolina. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. If the issue is with a specific channel, there might be something misconfigured on our end we can correct for you. If you can reach out to our call center at 1-877-277-5711, we can review the issue for you with some more details.

Poor

Poor, needs completely revamped in all areas

Doesn’t work

Never streams anything. Always an error. Deleted app and reinstalled multiple times. For the price we pay for cable this app should work.

Worst app there is

This app will make you want to break your phone. Pay all this money for Armstrong, and for them to promote this “great app that you can stream anywhere” and it won’t load a single show. 5g LTE and it tells you it cannot stream and to check your network.

Channel Guide Grid

April 2025 update has certainly made the channel logos on the main guide grid much easier to view now. They were definitely too small to make out with aging eyes, however.. removing the numerical association with the channel only creates a new problem on the same issue.
Ease of use to find the station you want quickly. I would like to see both the number & logo share the same first (or maybe second) rows on the grid. This looks like it’s easily accomplished in the “favorites” section to tick your choices of stations. Both appear there, why not on the main guide? The logos are too large now. Reduce them a little and there would be plenty of space for the numbers as well. Many of us use EXP in tandem with the traditional box units as well. We got those numbers committed to memory as well as which channels are HD. Is there an option in settings or preferences to display the numbers?
