I will die before this app finishes loading anything. Very slow and unintuitive.
Horrible App Horrible Service
I can’t stand this company…I’m switching ASAP!!! Service sucks even though I have the "TOP" internet service. I’m over this company.

You can go through the whole identification process including facial recognition and still not be able to login. Frustrating to say the least, especially all you’re attempting to do is pay your bill. Still In effect. You still can’t put your information in. It also loses your credit card information, it needs to be addressed.

Useless since the MFA was enabled
I can’t get into my app anymore because it has my husband’s cell number at sign in and I can’t change the number to get the code. He changed the number when he downloaded the antivirus. Now it’s locked in. Also why does it sign you out just because you close the app? Useless now!
I deleted the app and will just get on the net and use a passkey to log in.

Bull-hit internet I PAY MY BILLS ONLINE AND CANNOT EVEN ACCESS MY EMAIL ETC. I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO GETTING SOMETHING ELSE. THIS IS A SAD NETWORK.
