Trashy app and service
The internet works fine, but the customer service, website, and app are a joke! If I can't get in, I'm dropping these clowns and switching to Starlink! If I can't log back in, I am leaving these clowns! What this app shows of their DevOps and programmers, along with customer service, is a joke! Get off your bums and FIX the attitude and the app!

Soooooooo slow
I will die before this app finishes loading anything. Very slow and unintuitive.
Horrible App Horrible Service
I can’t stand this company…I’m switching ASAP!!! Service sucks even though I have the "TOP" internet service. I’m over this company.
Go figure
You can go through the whole identification process including facial recognition and still not be able to login. Frustrating to say the least, especially all you’re attempting to do is pay your bill. Still In effect. You still can’t put your information in. It also loses your credit card information, it needs to be addressed.

Useless since the MFA was enabled
I can’t get into my app anymore because it has my husband’s cell number at sign in and I can’t change the number to get the code. He changed the number when he downloaded the antivirus. Now it’s locked in. Also why does it sign you out just because you close the app? Useless now!
I deleted the app and will just get on the net and use a passkey to log in.

Doesn’t open iOS 26
Was okay, providing basic services. Does not open on iOS 26, just stays on blank white launch screen.
Worst app
This app is completely worthless every single time and update signs you out freezes all the time. I’ve deleted it off my phone because it’s junk just like Armstrong’s customer service and their service alone.
Trash
This app is absolute trash and so is their website you can’t even access your info or make changes to anything but if you want to buy more garbage from them that loads no problem
BAD internet
I’ve had Armstrong internet for about 15 years with no real issues. Recently they FORCED me to “upgrade” to the new (more expensive) fiber internet, and it does NOT work! I literally had to disconnect to leave this review. The website just says “modem offline, but no issues detected”. When I called to troubleshoot the guy told me that the new fiber networks don’t show proper statuses on the website or app. When I asked if that was an issue they were working on, he said “no, that’s just how it is.” I’m going to start researching other internet providers because I need connection for work.

App
The app won’t allow us to log in we don’t get our bills in the mail it’s always a hassle to get our bills paid which then they end up shutting off our service it’s so annoying and can’t seem to get it resolved each month..
Worst app
Worst app I have ever used! Every time I go go to login it’s has logged me out. Every time I go on the app I have to resign in with my username and password. Hate this app. Deleting it for good! It’s worthless
Why even offer an app if this is the best you can do!
This app is completely useless on my iOS devices. I have to delete it and reinstall about every third time trying to use it. Lots of times it opens up into a page that has nothing to do with streaming. C’mon guys, is this the best you can do. I’ve had Comcast, Spectrum, and now Armstrong, and this is by far the worst cable internet we’ve ever had. At least their phone support personnel are knowledgeable and friendly, but there’s only so much they can do with what they have to work with.

Update not working
Can’t even log into account and it says user not found. Don’t know what they did on the update but it is not working! Fix it!
Please update this app to be modern again
I know the recent authentication update to MFA is in progress, but why Armstrong would choose to not to use biometric log in for the app, and make autofill difficult (this I get because credential stuffing), I just don’t understand. If you were going to bother to update, should have used modern standards and this app 100% needs biometric auth.

Disappointing
It’s 2024 and Armstrong is a major ISP. Why do they have an app that doesn’t open and hasn’t been updated in over a year? They only have customers because, in some areas, there’s no other choices.
Not really
It’d be nice if email could checked from within the app instead of redirecting to browser, requiring login again. I have my email app settings exactly as the instructions show but can’t send anything. Customer support shows options of text, chat, call. If you text or chat they punt and say you need to call, no matter the question.

Slow
The email takes forever to open on my Iphone13. Why is this happening?
Password
I forgot my password, it wanted me to answer 2 of 3 security questions. When I answered them in every which combinations, it deemed them invalid. Who do I call? It is not on the menu
