I wish my landlord never switched to this
This has been the worst app I have ever had to use for renting. Everything expires and overall screws me over when trying to pay for rent. When my banking information expires it never registers when I register the bank until 5 years later making it more difficult for me to pay rent. No app should make paying rent this much of hassle.

Paying rent made easy
I’ve not had any issues with my rent being paid on time to my landlord. This is a big relief not having to pay all at once so I can balance bills and have money for gas or groceries
Could be better
Doesn’t remember your username so you have to re-sign in every time. I don’t know what this new AI maintenance request assistant thing is but get rid of it. It’s a waste of time. In the time it takes me to get around the stupid thing I could have already submitted my maintenance request and been done.
