Portal not working
Here’s my review of this portal from Abt. I currently stay in a rental townhome which I have to pay monthly for the problem. Is that if I pay my rent which works out great. The next thing is there are other bills that are submitted to hear like the water bill or a late fee bill, etc. before I can even pay those bill another rent will come up and they won’t put it in order. They will all prioritize the rent which you will have to pay first before balancing out your other bills that need to be paid. Also, it doesn’t allow you to pay two or three months in advance it only allows you to pay for the month and it puts it on the portal about five days prior to the end of the month beginning of the month. I have found major problems in major box with the system as right now is telling me that I have an error and it won’t allow me to pay my rent or I want my bills therefore I have to go all the way to the bank to get a cashiers check and give it to my property manager and then I still have to wait for them to deposit it to the bank. This should become a major issue for me all because of this portal by folio is less than medium. It is a very sorry site. It doesn’t work correctly. It’s very slow and if I pay for something it takes it loose at least 2 to 5 days for it to pull and make make payment. I rate this online Port portfolio one star

Anything that is expensive to repair don’t expect it to be fixed !!!
