The worst
I have to use this app for work and I hate it so much.
Needs app updates weekly, fixes nothing.
Crashes/errors while trying to save notes.
I have to copy everything I type out in each note in case it doesn’t save, I don’t have to re do an entire quote.
I have to close out the app in between every note I upload to prevent the error and it still occasionally happens.
Every single time they fix one ongoing issue, another arises just as bad as the one they “fixed”
The company that makes this app and the higher ups at the companies that use it leaving positive reviews, probably don’t realize how out of touch they are with their employees.
Don’t bother asking anyone in customer service for help, they’re gaslighters and the equivalent to the cable/internet company.
“Did you try restarting and unplugging your router” ≈ “have you tried deleting and redownloading the app”
Update: you keep asking me to review your dog water app when I already left you a terrible one. If I could leave zero stars it still wouldn’t be satisfactory. I want this app to have negative five stars.

Horrible app for maintenance techs
I've been using AppFolio for years. It is embarrassing how difficult this app is to utilize regarding maintenance work orders and unit turns. The app is extremely clunky and not user-friendly for a non-tech savvy maintenance tech. I spend more time fixing
techs messing up closing out work orders and attaching photos than anything because the app is so difficult to use. They give you a small button to click "view as maintenance tech" which there should just be a designated maintenance app.

Get it
Makes everything easier if you actually utilize everything that’s encompasses, including the notes and pictures. Some people don’t shame shame.
Connection
A lot of time in in areas with bad internet connection the app will not load pictures with notes I have to put pictures in afterwards in an area that has good connection. All my other apps work even in low connection areas
Thorough APP
The app makes work in the field possible with access to all the applicable information. Well done.
