Atrocious
This app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, especially considering how much we pay per month as property managers. thousands of dollars a month just to not be able to access anything on the app. Very limited with what you can do via app when it is working. And not being able to do anything when it’s not working.

Ancient functions
Cannot access 95% of functions via app. Mobile web is just as bad. Desperately needs an update.
Garbage
Garbage app. 0 stars and I wouldn’t use it if my broker hadn’t already pay for it. Limited in what you can do. And you can’t do much on their website either. Spent half an hour trying to send a lease agreement with 3 signatures the page can’t do a simple page scroll without deleting my form. I still haven’t sent it yet. I gotta go home and do it on my laptop.

Horrible service
The platform itself is fine. A little technical, obviously designed by accountants, but fine and functional. The sales and service sucks. The first sales guy I talked to was pleasant, but wouldn’t leave me alone, and eventually spoofed a local number to get me to answer his calls. Bad start. Then signed up (away from him, on purpose) and was told about all these excellent service records and resources. Average time to respond back is 3 days. But fear not! If you pay double the price, you have the privilege of phone support, which is not available if you don’t pay for it, even though you pay a premium monthly fee. Probably not better options out there because every corporation is a steaming heap of garbage, but the service is truly horrendous here.
