Could be great, but…
Honestly, the app has a ton of potential, but it’s incredibly glitchy and unreliable. I get so frustrated with refreshing and starting over that I end up abandoning the effort. The interface could be easier and certain functions need to be better thought out. Great concept, but needs some improvement to live up to its potential and be worth the cost.

Not crazy about it - bugs
I’m not crazy about the application. Applicants to the property can fill out whatever they want and don’t give you complete information.
Rejecting or denying the application is buggy, I’m unable to do it from my iPhone. Reporting an issue is also not clear or easy.

Needs configuration work
Very annoying with how the user interface on the app is configured. I have had issues with the following:
Applications disappearing from the application menu when they were still in progress
Not being able to customize Lease documents
Errors in showing who Docusign documents were sent to
Not clearly notifying me that an application is expecting a co-signer to also fill out until the co-signer has submitted.
Not showing my tenants/not allowing tenants to split a deposit payment
Not giving confirmation that refunding deposits have been initiated/accepted
Not allowing my applicants to submit income verification, with no work around allowing uploading of pdf documents
Not providing confirmation to landlord of certain reminders being sent etc so you never know when reminders have been sent to tenants.
Not being able to “message all tenants” on a lease simultaneously at once unless you are on a computer web version rather than the app
Overall the app and entire platform have a lot of user interface issues.
Thats just a few off the top of my head. I have issues with this platform every time I use it. I put a 2 stars bc the platform/app is visually appealing, there are many features that do work well, and it is quite affordable for the annual subscription but I do expect more. I called customer service to ask how many users they had an she said “500k” which I find unlikely but if so definitely expect better.

Complete property management
TurboTenant is an excellent platform for landlords. The interface is intuitive, navigation is easy, and it includes virtually everything needed to manage rental properties efficiently. I especially like features that help identify maintenance issues, find vendors, and create work orders quickly. It saves time, simplifies property management, and makes the entire process much more organized.

Impossible to Cancel and Will Charge you Money
I went to close my account on June 10th 2025. I got an email saying they got my “request” to close my account and will review it within 45 days. They never ended up canceling it or “granting” my request. Then I got another annual charge for $200 on the same date in 2026. I only used the app for 1 month so yes if I have to pay 1 annual fee so be it. But the fact that I can’t easily cancel my account is ridiculous and especially since they apparently denied my request. This is in their business model to generate X amount of revenue from users who think they successfully cancelled their accounts. Don’t download don’t use.
