Be prepared to wait 2 weeks for rent
This platform was problems coming out of every orifice since I started using it. But aside from that, it takes them 11 business days to transfer money to your bank account. I have never encountered such a long way with any transfer of money on any platform. That means if your tenant pays you on the third right before they would hit a late fee, you’re well into the second half of the month before you see that money. Do not recommend.

Novice friendly
My husband and I are new landlords and this has been a useful tool. We already had a drafted lease and tenants lined up but setting up scheduled payments, maintenance requests and digital walk through with e signatures has been great. I’m sure we’ll get our moneys worth with this

The only thing I would like, is to get a notification sent to my phone when they have sent a reminder to the tenant to pay their rent. That way I know it has been sent without me getting on the app to see
