Already verify facilities before giving tokan to landlord
Recently we taken one fully furnished row house there many facilities where mentioned hence we went to see the property they we found 2-4 facilities they haven mentioned was missing like water filter and other staff still they charge us full amount and 2-4 things they promised they will provide letter they giving faltu or not usable product hence that money we have to arrange hence already verify and check facilities are there then only give to kon or deposit. Other wise this platform is best for without broker renting homes

It's good, but posting is a bit difficult.
Footfall is good, and inquiries come in frequently; however, the method for posting listings is a bit complicated. It could certainly be simplified. I need to post additional properties, but I often face difficulties during the verification process—sometimes photos aren't accepted, and other times videos cause issues.
Aside from that, everything works well. It's very nice—thank you.
