Waste of money
I wanted one single owner contact and the magicbrick team asked me to pay Rs 799 to show the number. After I paid the sales representative Prakash blocked me (his number is +91 76695 08707) and still I don’t see the contact in the App thought they nicely sent me an invoice for the payment. Now when I click it’s asking me to pay again and their customer service phone number is non-existent or you can never reach a person even once. This seems to be a complete fraud operation.

App is a scam!
Bought the basic plan to be able to add filters and contact owners. But within 2 days they locked up the advanced filters and started asking me to pay again for prime services!!! When I clicked on the buy basic plan, someone from the sales team, Aman contacted me about the purchase. Now that the app is not working I did not receive a single call from either him or their support team!!

Very disappointing experience. This app was not useful for me and I feel I wasted my money. The “100% guarantee” claims do not match my experience and seem misleading. I did not get the results or value I expected. Users should be careful before paying for any premium services.

Worst app i have ever seen in my life they are fraudsters they don’t even check if the property is real or not every number which appears on the app which they say is the owners number are fraud people they will demand money to show you the flat or property and your id’s and will talk so nicely that you will fall under their fraud i got robbed with rs4000 they will convince you by saying they will adjust in the rent and their team is so big for cross checking i have have contacted 3 owners and all of them tell me the same thing that i have to pay 2000 to visit the property and when i reach there security guard told me its all fraud where we were finding 1 bhk or 2 bhk where i have contacted the number given me by magicbrick the security guard told me that the building which magicbrick told me for 1 bhk and 2 bhk the building only had 3 bhk flats security guard also told me that this fraud is happening from 2-3 years and still no action is taken till now and when you will tell the fraud owner to meet us they just blocked my number the app don’t even cross check the details that is the owners are real or not or the property actually exists or not I don’t want any one to trust this app or website as i do i would like to give them them the zero star

Most of the listing are outdated or showing wrong info, wasted 1100rs on basic subscription.
